August is HOT. I don't recommend an outdoor ceremony in that time of year.

Getting married in Vegas... Would be so exciting!!! Apply for a marriage license, head down to the alter, and spend your honeymoon in the bright lights! Make it a day to remember! {GOOD LUCK GIRL}!

bad time of year, August is SOOO hot. Mandalay Bay and Paris are nice. http://www.aboutvegasweddings.com/ I love this site. She goes undercover into all these chapels and takes notes and pictures (so you see what it really looks like; not what the website shows). And Excalibur is SO tacky.

Be aware... August is convention season in Vegas (so i've been told) Airfares and Hotels are more expensive.
Look into it!

try the website below - it lets you browse every wedding chapel in Las Vegas, search every wedding package (themed and non themed) by cost, and has an online magazine which includes articles on 'different' weddings, outdoor weddings, and weddings suitable for small parties.
