Because the Florida Democratic Party decided to not follow their own party's rules. Either they do not get seated or have a "do over." Blame your state party officials; they're the ones who chose to defy the party. I am sure Hillary's people would love to have the delegation seated as is since she won the "non-election" held there earlier. But I think we should let them both campaign there for a week or so and vote again, when people know it really counts.

The DNC voted to not count Florida's votes because the Republican legislature voted to hold our primary before they deemed it appropriate. Thus Florida has no delegates. This is a cruel injustice. But no decision has been made yet as to whether there will be another election. Write your US Senators and your Congressman and complain. We are getting screwed in Florida. This doesn't even resemble Democracy.
