Well, first at all I would say that you should give more details, as: your location, merchandise, expected amount, expectations of buyers, etc.

With the information you already provided and considering you are already prepared locally for face exports (bank accounts, logistics, customs issues, sales contracts form, etc) I would recommend you to contact your country's embassy in Mexico so they can give you a clue of where to start, specially where to call. Or you can try contacting our Mexican trade government office, called "Secretaria de Economia" (Economy Secretary) where they can help you to contact potential Mexican buyers for your product. Also you can try the Mexican taxes government office, called "Sistema de Administracion Tributaria" (Tributary Administration System, or something like that). Actually the Mexican "SAT" has a web site where you can find a lot of information about sending goods to Mexico and receiving 'em from here. I'm posting you the link below.
