Dreamweaver and Publisher design question, please help?
If my company only has Dreamweaver, what are some of the programs I can use to make the graphics? I only have Publisher and don't have Fireworks, Corel Paint, Flash and all that. Will creating graphics and saving images on Publisher, then opening images up on Dreamweaver do it? Does Dreamweaver allow you to create graphics?

Dreamweaver only creates web page mark-up related languages. You cannot use it to create the graphics. You could use Publisher, but what I would recommend you do is go and download something like GIMP.
GIMP is free, open source that behaves and allows you to do a lot of the things Photoshop does.
However, if they're serious about having you build a web pages tell them you HAVE to have at least Photoshop or else their site will be little better than a joke.
People always tell you the tools don't make the designer, as a web designer of some success I can tell you this is very true. However, not having those tools makes it a lot harder. If I gave you a fork and told you to build a bird house you could do it, but it wouldn't come out right.
