Fantasy Baseball Draft?
I want to run a draft that will enable me and the managers in my league to draft whenever they want with no time limit. In other words, it can start today and if I make the first pick the next guy can make his selection at any time. Is there a site out there that can host this application for me?

You can just have the players post on the message board (in the fantasy baseball league page) who they draft. Then the commish can add players to the team until everyone clears waivers. Then people can simply add the player when its their pick.

You can start a group in yahoo groups and just post your picks there and keep a file of the draft picks and rosters....I'm in a league where we did this and it worked very well. You then can create you fantasy league and insert all your info.
