So, Why isn't this site called Yahoo Questions & Answers?

my goodness give the questions sum credit...without the questions there would be no answers....but without answers there would be questions...juss unanswered questions..

if anything it should be called Yahoo Questions

    They want to make themselves seem as if they "have the answers." We all seek answers; they're knowledge. No one seeks a question unless they take pleasure in teaching and informing. Receiving answers is great, but receiving questions can be tough.

    Because everyones seeking answers not questions... Why would anyone go on a website so they can get their answers questioned?

    i agree. but if you think about it Yahoo doesnt answer questions. we do. so it should be called The Peoples Questions and Answers.

    There's more answers than questions. Most of us do answer way more than we question. Also, it sounds redundant to say "questions AND answers" b/c there isn't one without the other, right?

    It also sounds more professional to say "Y!A"
