Yesterday was National Peanut Butter Day, is today National Fungus Day?

You know, Fungi are living things and should be treated as such.

Who determines what "national day" it is?

Because by all accounts I've seen Jan 24th was national peanut butter day, March is national Peanut month, and September is National Fungus month.

I missed National Peanut Butter day, I will not miss National Fungus Day damnit!

Funny. I bought peanut butter yesterday.

For me, it just HAS to be crunchy with lots of nuts. PB& J has to be made with butter, quite cold but soft enough to spread. You just "slice" the butter into very thin slices and put them on the bread, then top with crunchy peanut butter, and your fav jam or jelly. Strawberry is my fav, maybe blackberry a close 2nd. Bread? Honey wheat is great, but good 'ol white bread -- fresh! -- brings back memories of childhood.
