Survey: Has a question you wanted to answer ever been deleted before you could post a snappy response?

Yes, many, many many many times, and of course its always the ones where I have a really clever and funny answer.

Lately I've got rather cross that many Qs only seem to be posted on my PC via Yah Boo & Hiss "6 minutes ago" - only to find that however fast I try to make an A - I'm 60 minutes behind many others.

Trying to do it more rapidly - 'real time' (???) I've been rather surprised how often the Q has been instantly "deleted" - even if apparently quite innocuous.

Why/sigh - ??? - one can only conclude the "team" can't see a good joke - get the point of "entertainment" or their censorship systems are carp.

That said - I see you have managed to get the deleted Q on screen - so perhaps the screening process only works once ???

Yes and I suppose I know better than to do my ellaborate humorous responses anymore especially on a question that looks to be reported. There was one the other day about John Madden and my response just flowed into a nice little novel but as soon as I hit ok the person had removed the question and my creativity was lost.

Good for you VooDoo Child! You deserve to have all of your questions re-posted, because they shouldn't have been reported in the first place. Two years is a long time though. :-0 I thankfully have only had a few questions removed, I've never gotten them re-posted though, some I haven't bother to appeal though, and the last one that got removed I never even got a notice for to appeal it and I had already chosen BA. I only found out it had been removed when I went back into my questions to choose BA for another question.

Typed and posted a witty response to a Q about 20 mins ago. By the time I hit submit he had chosen the BA. Serves me right for trying to sneak in under the wire at the 11th hour I guess. ;o)

Happens to me all the time. I love giving snappy answers to people who know that they should have never posted that kind of question on here.

It IS your fault and it ISN'T your fault. You are growing up in such a sewer of a society that many times you can't distinguish right from wrong, good from bad. You/we are all inundated which such FILTH that it numbs and has ALREADY numbed the senses. Now the question is, where do we go from here? It won't matter in another 50 years.

Yes, it happens a lot, even for questions that are not in the least bit offensive. A contact of mine just asked, "I just made level 4, anybody want to bet when.............?

Ya, yesterday I answered a rather long poll and when submitted it was already deleted. Such a waste of my time.

LOL. that is a snappy answer...but anyways yes it does especially after it takes me so long to type one up.then click then click then gone man that sucks.

EDIT: I am totally surprised that this question is still here even after all the clicking I had to do.
