As long as it is subject to interpretation, it will never be right, so why re-write something that is so subjective?

i'm beneficial you will locate one in case you looked long sufficient. yet i think of it may be lots greater complicated than different mainstream activities rules. a great factor to that is basically templates and rules on automobile areas and such, products that visitors quite cant see or verify in the event that they are infractions. as far with the aid of fact the racing is going it is an somewhat subjectively officiated game. ie whilst to call a warning, pit highway speeds (why the hell isn't there a mph gage in the vehicle) the all powerful yellow line on the backside of a few tracks which you cant flow over to pass, yet each and every so often it style of feels to strengthen.... it is somewhat troublesome as a fan to have a game wherein there is not any uniformity in the way outcomes are assessed and infractions are desperate. So if there became a rulebook i guess it may be greater regulations as destructive to confusing and quickly rules as NASCAR leaves each and every little thing to interpretation.

Nascar needs a complete overhaul. They have lost focus on who and what made them into the powerhouse they are today. Rules are just a part of that. This will wind up severely hurting,if not killing Nascar.

It wouldn't do any good to rewrite the book as NASCAR is constantly changing the rules. It is the one thing we as fans can expect.

I think the rule book should be published.

Being that the rule book is not available for the general public we have know way of knowing if it is rewritten or ammended or anything else until a NASCAR official quoates from it.

They need to just go back to the old rules when Cale Yarborough and all them were racin'... It's getting to be too mandated and boring now... Just look at Bristol! It used to be the best race to go to (I've been quite a few times...)... Then I went last year in March and it was boooooring. Snoozefest.

I hate the Car of Tomorrow... Oops, I mean the car of Today... LOL

Why? They rewrite it every time something happens that they think is not what they want....NASCAR needs a complete do over.....

That rulebook is like the bible and the Constitution. You can make it say it whatever you need it to say to fit your needs at a particular moment. They need to release it to the public at least.
