Will This Work or Not?? {({PLEASE Answer, EASY Question, **WILL Pick Best Answer**!!=]})}?
I want to know if I'll get toned if I do this? Will I get toned in 2 1/2 month or less? I'll be going to the gym 3 times a week for around 1 hand a half (give or take), and I'll also be doing Pilates once a week for 1 hour.
I'll do:
9 reps of 10 on the ab machine
8 reps of 12 on the thigh machine
Walk 45 minutes on the stair master
Walk/jog 1 hour on the treadmill
and Pilates one a week for one hour.
Can I get toned if I eat healthy ie. No sweets, sodas, fast food, high-calorie foods, etc. will I get toned? My problem area's are mostly my thighs, stomach, and arms. Oh, by the way, I don't want any bulk really (if you know what I mean). . . . .
And I’m 14 (almost 15), I’m around 125 pounds, and Please don’t say “you don’t need to lose weight!”, etc. because I know what I’m doing. . . . .
Thanks in advance!:-)

Your workout sounds near enough perfect, the main thing about getting toned is doing aerobic exercise first to lose a little bit of flab, so you've chosen well by putting the jogging/walking. Id say as your only nearly 15 I wouldn't do too much of the high intensity stuff, if you can get a pair of little dumbbells or even tins of beans, do upward arm curls with them, those will tone your arms. for your stomach first of all you need to lose the flab off it before it looks toned, then sit-ups / ab machine will help you tone up. If you do as much as your plan then you should start to notice the difference in at least a month, in 2 + 1/2 months you should be looking even better. But it would take around 6 months all in all to get where you want to be i imagine, good luck anyway. Also if your not already pretty fit, START SWIMMING BEFORE THE GYM! because you'l be suprised how hard it is to do 30 minutes of straight jogging when you don't usually do excerise.

yes, i think you will. if you really stick to this, then i think it should work. cardio (treadmill, stair master) will make you lose weight in general and the rest should help tone.
2 1/2 months is a pretty long time for these things (seeing as you're gonna do so much) so i think you have a pretty good chance, and i wish you all the best!!! :)

same age same weight i started to switch foods and that started to help me but diff ppl have diff matabalism like my friend scarfs downs bags of chocolate and shes perfectly fit so it depends. going to the gym will help but my cross country coach says"we run to loose the weight and lift to replace it with muscle" but it really depends on metabolism cuz i do so many sports but they don't seem to do anything but give me big calf muscles ask your parents if they have high or low metabolism because it's genetic

Simple answer - no
You will need to do this over a longer period of time and if you don't eat high calorie foods, you won't be able to cope.

I think it will work. As long as you try to stick to it. You shouldn't be too worried about the odd bad food though. It wont ruin your life.
