Is this an appropriate question to ask yahoo about my account being suspended again?

(It's rather long but I read the entire thing because I love you.)

Yes, the trolls are out of control, or more accurately they seem to be in control of this place. It's ridiculous, and you're so right. If Y!A only had serious questions most people wouldn't bother showing up, at least not on a regular basis, and then where would Yahoo get $$$ from. Advertisers wouldn't pay for a site no one used. The system sucks.

I get violated for chatting. I sent message to appeal but all you get is standard response. I told them I majored in English and am an editor and am pretty sure I understand what constitutes a question but nothing. There are a lot of questions on here that would be construed as chatting by Yahoo but they don't get deleted. I think P&S should be allowed to be entertaining as well as informative (uh, they do have it in the entertainment section).

You weren't falsely accused of breaking the rules. Here's why: 1. You insulted another user (violation of Rule 6 of the Community Guidelines) 2. You had no right to use adult language (violation of Rule 3) because young people be on this site, and it's dangerous to expose them to this kind of garbage. Remember you brought the whole thing onto yourself by forcing your last account to get terminated. That was utterly foolish! What you would've done was to report the offending questions for abuse and just leave things be. I strongly implore you to read up on the rules often.

In my opinion I think sometimes the "persons that be" do not read the questions or the answers. They just take the word of the person who sends in the violation. That is my opinion.

well there are some people are just plain jerks and i completely agree with you that they should be in line for some sort of violations or something for reporting perfectly normal questions just because they are stuck up or just a hateful person.

I think it is a great question. I too, have received violations for things that were answers that they told me were not.

Try to appeal and keep it up. Good luck and I hope they will listen to you.

If people don't have an answer, your questions a violation :) its just easier for them to click violation , o yeah and they get off on it.
