    One of my favourite dishes, just bought some bangers yesterday. I fry them in a little butter until they are browned on all sides. Put a little water in the frying pan and cover. Simmer for 20 min. or so to finish cooking the bangers. Then cook some Yukon Gold potatoes and mash them well with butter and milk. I don't make gravy, the sausages are fattening enough-lol. Just serve some nice green beans or something to go with them.

    grill some sausages, boil some peeled potatoes and mash with mil and butter. Then make some gravy and pour over xxx

    that is just plain old link sausage, grill or fried with mashed poatoes, and gravy made from the sausage drippings
