Blackjack Problem?
I bought a Blackjack today, and when I make a phone call, I cannot hear the phone that I am calling ringing, nor can I hear the person when they answer the phone. The person that I am calling can hear me, though. What is going on?

Possibly your volume is turned down.
Look in the manual for directions on turning the volume up.
