When I make phone calls, I cannot hear the phone ringing on the other end, and cannot hear the person that I am talking to. They can hear me, though. There is no sound coming through the ear speaker. What is the problem?

Most likely a phone problem. Try placing a call using the phone's speakerphone, if that works then your phone's earpiece is messed up.

just sounds like something messed with the phone...take it back to the sore
