Honestly? I would try hiding the the television and PlayStation2 cords somewhere locked and safe. Make sure you have one of the computer cables out as well, or he may just shift over to the computer if the TV/PS2 is inaccessible. Try getting some toys that are more activity based (perhaps a basketball hoop) and offer to play some games with him outside. Remember to be resolute and persistent in your decision, and do not give in. Let him know when he has played for a certain amount of hours each day, then he can be granted a certain amount of TV or PS2 time. Also, try seeing if there are any other parents in your neighborhood that can arrange play dates or get togethers with your son a few days a week. Hope this helps!
