Do you make accounts...?

surely being account less would warrant an account being made but on the other hand being held accountable for your actions does not work in here that little jem is in the hands of every one else ..or so it seems

No I am held accountable without making accounts

Although I don't make accounts, I am fully accountable for the Department I work in. I am the Department Head (some days, I feel as if I am the DUMB HEAD- LOL)!- But, in all honesty, I am accountable for what happens, and this does make for stressful moments at times. Thank goodness, there are wonderful people that work with me, and we are all equals. I don't do the "Boss" thing, and have no arrogance about me. I am merely the one who is accountable, and I'm grateful for the great Team that I have to work with!
