Go to the Google home page, click on business solutions and click on the webmaster tools link. You'll have to sign up for a Google account (no charge), enter your website name, verify it and then you can view all the information about when Google visited your site, any problems with it and what the searches have been over various periods. It shows you the top twenty searches on your site so you know what is and isn't working.

Google pagerank as delivered by any of the above tools will not be terribly accurate. Google's engineers themselves are very clear on this: Toolbar pagerank is NOT accurate.

Don't rely on pagerank as a metric.

I think what you mean, instead, is your actual ranking. That's tougher, and more easily measured after the fact by tools like Advanced Web Ranking.
