Opinion: Classical or Ecclesiastical Latin?

Movies, science, even professors murder an already "dead" language - if you know Latin, which school of pronunciation do you follow and why? (I use the Classical method - "Weni, Widi, Wiki...")

    Classical.

Only after you have heard someone who truly understands the classic pronunciation reading from some of the great poets do you fully appreciate the beauty of the language. You do not even have to understand any of the words to realize that there is an inherent beauty just in the spoken word.

I started in Ecclesiastical, but switched to a Jesuit school where they showed that the metres in Ovid only worked with Classical.

Everything according to its time, for lyrics. Which means ecclesiastical. Strictly as a language: classical.

Classical is more pleasing to my ear.
