Do you make corned beef and cabbage for St. Patty's Day?
I've already made mine because I had no room in my freezer for the corned beef, lol.
It's good. Anyone want to come over for dinner?
And I'm going out on St. Patty's Day for green beer too.
I'm Irish. It's tradition. :)
FTW...more power to you. I can't handle Guinness. Especially the traditional way..warm. Eww..gross.

Holy Blarney Stones, Fukitol! Get out of that kitchen and get your a*s to a St. Pat's Day city and celebrate with all the Irish cuisine and Guinness green beer you can handle, lad! Don't forget the Irish Whiskey too!
I live in Atlanta and we go to Savannah EVERY year to celebrate this wonderful holiday. The whole city becomes assimilated by the festivities. All of your friends will be green with envy! I didn't know the color green could be incorporated into so many things: beer, whiskey, food, clothes, MEN and WOMEN, the river, (they even paint some of the buildings). It is absolutely wild. Total decadence and debauchery.
They put green food coloring in the Savannah River and it is so cool! I heard that they are calling for rain in historic Savannah this year on Parade Day. But that is ok, maybe I can find a guy who will let me "stand under his umbrella, ella, ella, eh, eh, eh!"
You should get yourself to Savannah at once. It reminds me of a poor man's Mardi Gras. You can have all the corned beef and cabbage you want, cheap too. They do great Irish corned beef sandwiches too that are hard to beat.

I always get that backwards! For the third year in a row, I made cabbaged beef and corn.
But since I prefer corned beef and cabbage, I'll be seeing you at dinner - your place! :D
