No idea what to think...?
There's this guy... of course... I kind of like him, but I don't know if he likes me. All of my friends say that he does, but I don't think so. Yeah, he flirts with me all of the time, but he seems to be like that with all of the girls. We've been talking on the phone ALOT lately... hour long conversations at a time, which is amazing for me! He sings for me and is so sweet, he tells me I'm special, but then he is always talking about asking other girls out, which makes me jealous... again, my friends say this is what he's trying to do, but im not sure...
I just don't know if he likes me or not, there are so many more details I wish I could get into... Maybe he just doesn't think I like him... does anybody have some worth while input???

...yes, next time you both are together, ask him if he is serious about you to be in a relationship, if not, we'll be just friends and I can go out and socialize, until someone finds me
attractive enough to want to start a relationship...then, listen to
his response, if positive give him a kiss, if negative say goodbye, turn and walk away for good.

if u friends they said he likes u why not give him a sign
he might love you as a close/special friend because the way you said he always talking about asking other girls out
he think of you as a special or best friend or might be there is a possibility that he try to make a jealous (to make you jealous of what) but i dont think so cause if i like someone i wont talk about other girls front of her, and when she is around I want to she talks about the stuff she did and other stuff. And only person I see is her and no-one else

Some guys are like that. This doesn't mean that he does not like you, apparently he likes you enough to sing to you, but this does not mean that you are the only one that he likes. Ask him out if you have to, but if he doesn't stop flirting with other girls and so on then, you are bot being liked enough, it is not a lot to go on about the guy so it is hard to tell what kind he is, but he seems like just a normal flirt.
