    No more than 8 hours due to risk of toxic shock syndrome

    This is what works for me:

    Heavy days: 2 - 3 hours

    Medium days: 4 - 6 hours

    Change right before going to bed and right after getting up

    Change right before and after every workout.

    no more then 6-8 hours or when its full or uncomfortable

    wenever it starts to feel gross.........i do 3 hrs
