Has Clinton or Obama Said Anything About the Real ID Act (National I.D.)?
I really haven't been paying much attention to them. Could someone shed some light?
To You Too -- My guy's out. Please don't question my civic participation solely because I don't think there is much difference between either Clinton or Obama.
TJL -- I see that the Wikipedia article say that Obama "flatly opposes" it and Clinton says it needs to be reviewed.
That brings up a serious question:
Why did they both vote in favor of it?

Among the 2008 presidential candidates, according to a February 2008 CNet report at news.com, John McCain strongly supports the Real ID Act, Barack Obama flatly oppose it, while Hillary Clinton called for the law to be reviewed

That idea went down HARD in the senate, it's likely they probably both voted against it. The hatred for it was overwhelmingly bi-partisan.
