I'm not sure if this iPod Transfer can help you out. It helps me transfer songs from computer to ipod, ipod to iTunes, ipod to ipod. You can reference its step by step guide.

Download iTunes, Install, Open and if nessasary log into your store account.
Plug in your iPod and it should transfer everything back to your iTunes library.
It will not wipe your iPod, if it wanted to wipe your iPod it will warn you first and give you the option to cancel what ever it was you were doing.

there are many programs that can do that for you to find the songs on your iPod than you have to enable your iPod for disk use than go to my computer and go to your iPod in the top there is a bar in the bar go to Tools>Folder Options>View(Tab) then go down to "Hidden files and Folders" and click "Show hidden files and folders" then go to your iPod and you'll see a new translucent folder in there called:
"iPod_Control" that's where all your songs are you just need to rename them all. your welcome wii rocks
