How can NRI apply for a PAN Card in India Online?

http://www.nripan.com/

Has anyone ever hear of this website.

They say they assist non resident Indians in getting a PAN card from India.

They also help NRIs who have lost pan cards and who need a duplicate pan card online.

Do they really help in getting a pan number:

We cannot say. That site may be a good one. If you apply directly it will cost you just around Rs.75/- (Card delivery to Indian address). For opting to deliver the PAN to your US address, they charge around Rs.800.

My advise is to download the application form Form 49A, fill it (fill 2 or 3 copies) if you do not know how to fill it, then just sign and sent it to your parents or friends in India. They will do the further matter. Before sending it read about the pan fully. Even if you fill the form on line you can only pay the amount. You have sign it, send the address proof give photo,

My advise is to fill the form or just sign it and sent the form along with the required photos to your parents.
