How long from date of closing on land/home package does the seller have to provide the home?

We signed closing Dec. 13th 2007 on a two acre trac of pasture land with a double-wide fleetwood (new) installed. So far, all we have heard is excuses. First they said the manufacturing co. was working three days a week. Then they said they were deciding weather to dig a well or get county water to the place. Two weeks ago they said our home rolled off the assembly line and would be brought to the land. We went to the land yesterday and it remains untouched. What are our choices? Do we have to wait for them for ever, or are there laws for possession of property? Thanks

All of that info should have been covered at the closing. It should all be in writing on your contract. If you are still getting jerked around, my suggestion would be to contact a real estate lawyer.

I third what Jenk said. Review your contract and see if there are any timeframes outlined. Your contract is your guide, and that is what your attorney will want to see.

I second what Jenk said. This should have been stated in your contract, and what remedy there would be if it wasn't as agreed.
