if you quit a sport (mine is gymnastics) do you have more energy??
i feel so drained cuz i do 13 hrs of gymnastics a week and i have allergies and asthma that effect me too, so i was just wondering; for any one who quit their sport, do you have more energy now that you're not wasting it on the sport??
im not entirely sure i want to quit cuz i've done it my whole life and stuff, but it might effect my descision if i knew i wouldnt be so tired all the time

You might have more energy if you get more sleep, but if your gymnastics doesn't affect your sleep you won't. You might actually be lazier because you have nothing to get pumped for. If you're so tired, I'd recommend shortening your hours at the gym, and see what that does.
Also, more complex carbs, less sweets, and more healthy food in general.

I don't think that you get more energy because you would be getting active and that's a good thing
