meals with no meat?
i need easy and fast recipes that do not include red meat. it can be chicken, fish and/ or vegetables. please and thanks a bunch

4-Chicken thighs (boneless). Dregde in egg batter then flour then back in to egg.
In baking dish ( with oven preheated at 350 degrees). (not dish.
Put chicken in dish cook for 1-hour.
In the meantime make instant mashed potatoes.
