They said in the article that I read that there was the abductor in the house with her and they broke in because he refused to come out so they already know who he is.

I'm so glad she was found. I just logged on now and it was the first thing i saw and it made me so happy.

If as they have said Shannon had been through a rough time at home, the fact is she may have trusted this 'uncle' type person with her worries, and he with his 'learning difficulties' may have thought he was helping her????

The whole thing has been fishy from start to finish. At least no harm has come to the little girl, at least not physically, but psychologically and emotionally who knows what effect all this will have had.

It would probably be better id it was someone known to the family, then hopefully they would have just been looking after her.
