    1. I don't speak Japanese.

    Nihongo o hanasemasen.

(This translates to "I can't speak Japanese" which is better to say to a Japanese person.)

    2. I don't understand Japanese.

    Nihongo ga wakarimasen.

(or you can simply say "wakarimasen" which means "I don't understand")

    3. I'll be late coming home tonight.

    Konban wa kaeri ga osokunarimasu.

    4. I won't eat dinner here tonight.

    Sumimasen ga bangohan wa irimasen.

    5. I'm going home.

    Karimasu.

    6. I'm going to school.

If you are in a place that you will not return to later (like a restarant), say:

    Gakkou ni ikimasu.

    ("ikimasu" means "go")

If you are in a spot that you will return to later (like home), say:

    Gakkou ni itte kimasu.

("itte kimasu" means go and come back)

    7. Where is the bus station?

Basu tei wa doko desu ka?

Okay I'll help you. I think I'd give you best translations for you. Because I'm a pure Japanese living here for 28 year.

    1 watashi[i] nihonngowo[Japanese] hanasemasen[don't speak]

    2nihonngoga[Japanese]wakarimasen[don't understand]

In Japanese sometimes we skip a subject in a sentence ,so I skip "watashi[I]" here

    3kyounoyoru[tonight] osoku[late]kaerimasu[will be coming]

    4kyounoyoru watashiha kokode[here] yuusyokuwo[dinner] torimasen[won't eat]

    5 ieni[home]kaerimasu[I'm going]

    6gakkouni[to school] ikimasu[I'm going]

    7bus station"ha" dokodesuka[where is it?]

In Japan, Many English words are used as it is.like bus station.

but, most Japanese don't no how to pronounce so, they say them Japanese way

    busu[bus] suteishon[station]

To you bus and busu are very different but To us it sounds almost same.I can say same thing on "station"

so, if you really don't know how to say it in Japanese, try to use English words. perhaps work it out.

As a fluent Japanese speaker, I must say that Pink Sky had the best answer. Everybody else's Japanese was pretty good too, but they weren't 100% correct.

③今日はくもが多いから短いすね。電気をつけましょう。 Today's cloud is short. I don't understand つけましょう. Probably a 日がhas dropped out so it should be ③今日はくもが多いから日が短いすね。電気をつけましょう。 Today there are many clouds, so the day is short, isn't it. Lets turn on the (electric) lights.
