I'm making Ramen Noodles and I'm scared to open the pack of seasoning?

Why is the seasoning packet for the creamy chicken flavor 193 times bigger than the other ones?

Update:

No, I'm not making it for myself.

People don't want plain ramen; they want salty and flavored-with-fat ramen. I guess the company that made your ramen think the noodles need more salt and flavor than usual. I tend to use just half of the packets with the noodles so they're not so salty. Or I'll use the whole packet, stir the noodles, then dump out the excess water so the noodles are flavored but I lost most of the saltiness and fat. I know most people the broth with the ramen. I usually don't.

I became really concerned with how many calories the seasoning packets actually have. Upon looking online I found endless mixed answers. I actually called Maruchan and ended up asking them. 10. There are approximately 10 calories in any one if their seasoning packets (a whole seasoning packet) for any of the flavors.

If you're not convinced you can call their customer service line, they're very helpful and offer to mail you coupons for their products.

    I know what I&#8217;ll be &#8220;eating&#8221; from now on.</p>

I haven't ate Ramen Noodles since I lived in the city five years ago. The neighbor guy puked some noodles and hot dogs practically in front of my door. It sat for five days until I knocked on the door and made someone clean it up. It was horrifying.

Its bigger because the creamy chicken flavor is not as strong as the other ones. I usually use regular chiken flavor and because it is very strong you dont need as much

    Hope this helped : )

  • i guess it's because creamy chicken takes more flavor than the other ones. Or maybe it just has more ingredients, or maybe the package is just too big but the contents inside is the same as any other package.

There is stuff to thicken the soup in the packet--not in the packet for regular ramen..
