What is the best ab exercise

I Have tried doing 500 situps and curlup everyday for a week but I don’t see any change

    Get a balance ball and put your hands into an upside down v on the balance ball and then do the alphabet. Or do the same things with your arms and pull one leg up to the ball at a time

    abs grow when your not working out try the excersises 3 days a week and space them out
