What can I do when a compressed file is still too big to upload?

i'm trying to upload a 27 MB fil...I compressed it, and it shrunk to 23 MB, but its still too big... help??

    Upload to where? Yahoo? That depends on what kind of file it is. Yahoo does have file-size limits, but a lot of free hosting sites don't. If the file is something you can break into smaller pieces (like separate chapters of a book), do that then upload the smaller files. If not, then find a site with larger or no limits. TIP: Just don't try to upload anything pirated. You may not be aware of this, but some music and video comes with tags that allow the legal owners to see when it's being traded illegally. They can then trace you through your ISP and you can get a visit from the police.
