What kind of questions ask stupid people?

Someone said that there is not stupid questions. Does that mean that stupid people are becoming clever in the same moment when they ask a question? I'm boring, so this is just a tought

    Hm.. Stupid, for me can be stupid only arrogant and ignorant people, I have never said for some one stupid. And here is very old Macedonian one: Дури се сетиле паметните, глупите си го поминале животот.
