AL:
East - Red Sox
Central - Indians
West - Angels
WC - Tigers
NL:
East - Phillies
Central - Cubs
West - Padres
WC - Mets
World Series - Red Sox over the Phillies for a WS repeat...this is just a guess because I am a Sox fan...I wouldn't be surprised if the Indians went all the way either.

ALE - Sox. Same team they had a year ago, the difference is they'll have Manny and Ortiz healthy after a sub par season(by their standards) mainly due to injury, and the rookies will have another year under their belts. Toronto doesn't inspire much confidence and NYY's rotation is too weak, not to mention had Alex and Posada not had career years and Detroit not fallen apart they wouldn't have made the playoffs.
ALC - Detroit. Their lineup top to bottom could be compared to NYY or PHI, what sets them apart is their evenly dominant rotation.
ALW - LAA. A case could be made for Seattle but the Angels finaly got someone good enough to bat behind Vlad, Hunter also improves a mismal defense significantly.
ALWC - CLE. The Tribe have a pretty potent lineup, CC's also playing on a contract year and looking to get paid big money when he leaves.
NLE - Phills. PHI's got such a great lineup and playing half their games in a launchpad should amplify their already potent offense. I also thought their rotation might've been a little underrated, Brett Myers is superb!
NLC - Cubbies. All the components of a championship caliber team are there including a weak division, signs point to 90 wins.
NLW - ARI. COL was a one hit wonder, they don't have the pitching to make a legit contender. Fresh off a 90 win season they've added a great arm in Dan Haren, who posted a microscopic ERA before the all star break.
NLWC - NYM. David Wright to me was the true MVP, Santana and a healthy Pedro will likely push them over the top this season.
