Delegates are voted for in the primaries as well as the presidential contenders. The amount of delegates in each state who vote for,(not pledge), the candidate, determines the outcome. Supers are not pledged and may decide to vote for whoever they feel has the best chance against the contending party. However, pledges, are not votes. They can and do change with the wind.

Super delegates can begin pledging their support to any candidate of their party whenever they wish. However.,just because a Super Delegate pledges your campaign, doesn't mean they can't change their mind later. If a nominee does not have the necessary votes to win the Party by the DNC, then they go and try and get delegates unpledged or pledged to other candidates to change and support them. It goes on until one candidate has the necessary amount of votes to win the nomination of their party. Hope that helps to explain it.

Heck, from some months in the past. whilst some human beings say element clean that they gained't vote for a black guy, then race continues to be a controversy this is tied to each little thing. i'm uncertain what your ethnicity is yet a number of those in the minority comprehend and could relate to what Holder is speaking approximately there. i comprehend i will.
