well, there is always Rammstein, but their music nothing like 99 Luftballoons. lol.

Nena sings some other good songs, like Irgendwie, Irgendwo, Irgendwann - and some others.
Some other good bands are Die Prinzen (sort of funny, sometimes accapella), for rock there's oomph, die toten hosen. I also like Wir Sind Helden, Juli, Silbermond. Try googling these or download on kazaa.
