No one can get you exact prices, just generalities, like everything you might buy, you have high end, medium end, cheap stuff, you also have brand name items and non brand names, and locations you buy the items (eg discount stores or high end stores).

    Generalities:

    1. bowl of ramen = about 300-800 yen

    2. shampoo = 500 + depending on brand/type etc

    3. sandwich = 200 + depending on type of sandwhich

    4. notebook and pen - 500 yen but you can get this stuff at 100 yen shops too.

    5. cup of coffee = 100 - 1000 yen depending on where you buy it and type.

    6. internet cafe= 200+ yen depending on type of cafe or business center

    7. t-shirt - depends

    8. CD - 1000-3000 yen, again depends, song, artist, popularity etc.

    9. bottle of water -120 + yen

    10. excess baggage (airport) depends on the airline and weight, each airline has different ways of calculation.

    11. pizza -actually an expensive item in Japan, but depends on where you order or buy it. Domino's is like 1500-3500, but cheaper at other places.

    12. Mcdonald's meal -100yen menu on up

    13. can of soda - 110 yen on up similar for bottles too.

    14. taxi - depends on the city and how much traveling you do, in central Tokyo it starts at 710 yen.

    ---

    You didn't ask things like:

    15. Cost of trains, 130 yen on up depending on distance, and railroad company.

I was in Japan last summer, and I was not too surprised at the prices. Overall, they were not much more than they are here. It takes around 87 Yen to buy one US Dollar, and that's about all that you need to know. Many of the prices are pretty much the same after you've converted the money.

Well things cost the same there, it's not like there is going to be some amazing difference. Just think of what it costs in US and convert to yen, oh and round up since Japan is a bit more expensive.

They're all pretty random, vague choices and are gonna vary so much, number 14 in particular.
