Identification of this lizard in the picture.?

I have found this lizard and was just curious to know what kind of lizard it is. please help as soon as possible. Sorry the picture is not the best but it is as good as I could get.

    That is a mossy leaf tailed gecko i believe. it would help more to know what location you live in. Does this pic look like it?

    The pic's kinda blurry, but it appears a gecko.. By the looks of it, probably a fat-tailed gecko to be exact. But, again the pic is a bit blurry, but taking pics of a lizard is never easy to do, lol. He's cute though!

    Are you in Australia by any chance? it looks like an Australian Leaf tail gecko (Phyllurus platurus). Compare it to the one in this link.

    It looks like a leopard gecko...its really hard to see the pic, though. Its tail has apparently been regenerated, too.

    Your pic is a bit blurry, but it does look like a fat tailed gecko.

    its a gecko, If you have caught it you need to let it go as it is an offence to get them from the wild.
