I'd say Brad Hawpe, he plays in Coors Field which is a very very hitter friendly park.
on the other hand Hideki is valuable too cause so many hitters on NY, good chance for RBI's, but i'd still say brad hawpe.

Statistically, it's a push. According to Yahoo! Hawpe is ranked 84 and Matsui 86. Based upon 2007 stats Hawpe will hit more doubles and homeruns, and have more RBI. Matsui will score more runs, steal a few more bases, strike out less and hit into fewer DPs.
Matsui is eligible for LF (if your league specifies) while Hawpe plays RF, so it comes down to need. My personal choice is Hawpe over Matsui, especially if you play in a keeper league.
