An Indian, Sarbjit has been sentesed to death on April 1st by Pakistan. is he deserved this panelity?

    What did he do? if he was caught spying, or killed someone, then he knew what he was doing...and they are awfully touchy about that sort of stuff over there. If it is because he was caught doing a sexual act with another male...then no. But then, what's the relevance of his nationality then?

    If you are asking whether anyone is pro- or anti-death penalty for certain crimes...I am not against it for capital crimes like murder, personally, although the last person who was executed in my country was back at the beginning of the 1960s, I believe. We don't have capital punishment here.

    no. whatever the reason he received this sentence, whatever religion he, or those sentencing him possess, life is sacred. not to be interfered with. god will judge.

    this question is important because it amounts to a consensus of opinion of those many people, worldwide, who are the yahoo! answers community.
