camera help?
when i try to download pics form my camera to my computer it says the camera isnt connected when it is i tried plugging it in and out and i followed the directions in the book . by hte way i have a canon sd 1000
this is my first time using thw camera

alright try this...plug the camera in, turn it on, go to where u view the pics. Then on ur computer go 2 the start button then go 2 computer theni think its G or F drive click it. It will bring up sumthin like DCM123124 then jus keep clickin the things that appear until ur pics show up.

I'd try it on a different computer, see if it works. If it does then you know there is something wrong with your computer setup. If it doesn't work then you know there is something wrong with the camera or the cord. If it works on another computer, check to see if you have the latest software and uninstall it then reinstall it.

just stick the memory card into the computer and then u can acess the pix
