Poseidon is the god who has a grudge against Odysseus, he does not like him because Odysseus blinded his son (the cyclopes) in the eye with a spear (he did this because the cyclopes was going to eat Odysseus and his men)

Poseidon because he has held a grudge against Odysseus ever since he blinded the cyclops, who was somehow related to Poseidon. (like his son or something?)
