When was the last time you took a nice walk outside?

Just Got Back From Walk To Pick Up Mail, Taking The 'Walking Path'....!!

I just had this conversation with a friend of mine who is 30 years old he has never been married. However, he met this girl a week ago and they have seen each other every day since. My point is just like I told him it might be lonely now but, when the time is right the someone special will come along. Take your time enjoy your alone time while you have it. I would be willing to bet that you do have friends and a whole lot more than you realize. Keep your chin up and smile.

Last Saturday to the Quiktrip for a cup of coffee then to Block buster then stop by the PO Box, all total about 2 miles.

4 a.m. this morning....look at the trees and clouds. Under a tornado warning here. Getting used to that happening!

A walk outside is many times a day, everyday...always something new to see!

I took a walk half an hour ago but it was for a specific reason and not so nice...so it has been a while I think... :(

today. I try to walk outside for an hour every day

Last Sunday - we walked through the woods (and 6" of slush) to collect maple sap. It was a beautiful day and the sap was flowing.

I walk into town once a week - in total about a two hour`s walk....otherwise my only other exercise is working in my garden.

Yesterday. I've been sick for 2 months with a sinus infection and it felt so good to go out in the sunshine.

yesterday i had to pay a ticket for my car and i was walking around the world trade center area cause the court building place is around there.. i got lost haha and walked around a bit. i try and avoid the trade area because it still hurts.. i make belive its still there.. even though i know its not. rip harry blandings
