I need some help understanding this "Yahoo.answers" site?

I have many questions.

1) Is there somewhere on the site that tells how points are scored & other rules?

2) How do I get to level 2?

3)How do i rate answers?

4) If someone answers my question & asked to be in my contacts does that mean they get my email address?

5) Why do you only get to ask 5 questions a day?

6) Can myself or other users ask a question addressed to a user that we feel has good advice or answers? Like post a question but put it to the attention of a certain user?

Click the blue Help link, top right, for answers to all that and more. Click the blue # next to your points or Level for the chart of points & levels. Your email address is never revealed -- the email link is a 'blind' link. Posting the name of a specific user in a question is considered 'chatting' and is a violation of the rules of the site. If a person allows emails (like I do), you can email a question directly. Just click their avatar or name to see their profile to check that.

    1) This link shows the lot: http://answers.yahoo.com/info/scoring_system.php;_...

    2) By answering questions and NOT asking very many because asking costs points

    3) You need to be at level 2 (250 points)

    4) No

    5) It's apart of being level 1, You can ask more when going into higher levels

    6) You can by emailing but asking a question like that breaks "chatting" because you are talking about other users
