What's the worst job you ever had?

Worked at a laundry sorting company, It was perhaps the worst job Ive ever come acrost.. In the upstairs area *sorting area, they had total lack of ventilation fans, and no A/C - it would go over 110f degrees on a 80f degree day. Could never get the lint out of your nose / mouth ears / hair.. ect.. It paid minimum wage. Some of the fellow employees where very untrustable and devious.. things would go missing all the time, and lots of fights would occur randomly.. with the blame being put on everyone, so everyone would be punished in some sort of way for it.. The laundry being sorted was rather always very nasty, and came from hospitals, hotels, motels, and many other places where who knows what was on them.. And many other reasons this place was horrible.. I was the only one out of like 20 people to last more then 2 days there, on my first week.. I stayed there for 4 months till found a better job. It was slightly enjoyable due to no dress code, but other then that, it was horrible.. 7 day work week.. with 30 minute lunches..

I worked the swing shift at the Tooele Army Depot doing data entry -- one of the things I had to enter was the type and results of the nerve gas container leakage -- Not really a bad job, just very unsettling -- cause the stuff was ALWAYS leaking.

when I was 14 I had a bacon round. *shudders* I had to wear a smelly white coat as well and walk round the whoooooooole street which was the longest street in the world. And at the end of it I only got like a tenner. I hated it...Thursdays were the worst day of the week haha. I only stuck it out a couple of months!

I worked in a small Dentist's Office - it was boring and disgusting. I had to clean the rooms after he was finished - blood and pulled teeth - yuck, I had to clean the denture molding trays... and that was actually the best job! I had to go down into the basement and clean the container that held all the spit - and I had to clean them in the exam rooms as well. It was really fun!!! I lasted a whole two months before I quit.

My worst job was working at a local liquor store here. It was dangerous, and the manger was an extreme ***** and never gave me any hours. Just before my 3 month probabtion was up she called me up just before i went to work and told me that they hired someone new, so I wouldnt have to come into work for my 3 shifts that weekend, and i wasnt on the schedule for the week after. She told me she would call me, but never did. When I went down to visit her, she said the new kid was doing a good job. So i went home, and my really mad bf called her up and asked her wtf, and this *****-manger told him " She should have known she was fired long ago" all this happened right before christmas! My bf wasnt working and now neither was I, and I couldnt find a job because it was christmas, and everyone already had there xmas help. So we fell behind terribly in bills, now my credit is ruined DD:

I am at my worst job ever right now. I come to work and play on YA all day, because I have nothing to do. I spent a lot of money on an education and it is just wasting away. I'm looking for a new job!!!!!

An all night 7-11. All kinds of characters coming and going all night (wackos, druggies with the munchies, drunks...I can write a book)...

I hate working in retail. I worked at Old Navy for 5 months. I hate adults!

i worked in this store as a salesperson from ten in the morning to ten at night for two days. results-> feet hurt like a b**ch and only got paid a hundred dollars in cash.
