Are you sick of spam email?
FOR PETES' SAKE DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF IT.
Tell everyone you know not to respond in any way. Do not unsubscribe, do not buy anything from those creeps. It just encourages them to keep spamming. If no one bought from them, they would go broke and have to get a REAL job.
They lie and exaggerate everything they promote.
DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SEND.

This is my plan/theory for avoiding spam.
Firstly, do not sign up for 'sketchy' mailing lists ;)
Then, do not post your email address anywhere. Robots 'crawl' the web looking for addresses posted online, and then they spam it. Y!A does a smart thing with the '...' at the end so the robot sends the spam to 'username@yah...' (or something like that) and it doesn't go through, and there's no spammo problem. But if your whole email shows, then the robot will send the spam to 'username@yahoo.com' and then that account gets spam. Bottom line, don't post it like an email. If you want to post your email on YouTube for example, put something like 'username at yahoo dot com', and this problem is virtually solved!
