You can try covering it with some foundation and concealer. But that might wear off during the day.
Maybe try some eye cream from your local pharmacy.
Otherwise, I would suggest getting more than the correct amount of sleep. Maybe your body is more exhausted than you think. Remember, not too much sleep though - because that can just give the opposite effect.

Do you take your Mascara off before bed? because the Mascara could be the cause of that. And if That is not right, i would suggest getting an eye serum form either Ponds or Garner. Put it on right before you go to bed, not only will it get rid of the circles it will also revive your skin cells around your eyes.

Make sure all of your make up is off before you go to bed. That probably isn't helping.
Also try a few of these things, they worked for me, but because I did all of them, I can't exactly pinpoint which worked best::
Do an over night facial mask. It's supposed to help with puffiness.
Apply cool tea bags, an ice cube wrapped in soft cloth, or cucumber slices to your eyes daily. They can help reduce puffiness and discoloration.
Avoid rubbing your eyes.
Use Vitamin K cream. Dark circles are caused by vitamin K & retinol deficiency.
Also, make sure it's not something you're allergic too or something that runs in your family

I don't have them... but... I have a few friends who have them. You'll find that there is a gazzillion products which claim to take the circles away, but... NOPE, none work. We all have them... just some have them more pronounced than others, according to your skin pigmentation. If your skin tends to go toward the olive tone... you are probably going to have dark circles more visible around your eyes than people with more pink pigmentation. Sorry.
However, should they suddenly become veryyyyy dark for no apparent reason, it could be cause to get very worried, and consult your physician, as your kidneys may be not working as they should.
