Poll:Is it okay to abbreviate someones/contacts name?

For Example: I am Dr. Love Muffin but if someone called me Dr. LM --- I would not like that very much.

I called Johnny Trash ...JT and that just sounds hot so are there certian rules to this Abbreviating deal?

Like Hawk could be just --->

H.Chubb right now ya know.?

Porkchop could not be PC because that is a computer...

Shrunken Fro could be S. Fro right?

Alice in Wonderbra could be Alice WB...but that doesn't feel right.

    Mami is Mami to me. I answer to Benn but not BJ. I have rented fingers, so asking me to type out every single letter is cruel and unusual punishment.

    Therefore..I WILL be abbreviating names..if ya don't like it, tell me so's I can block your pretentious butt..

    Sigh...I didn't get much sleep so I'm cranky today.

    I guess you could abreviate mine but I really like being called "Fro". Sort of like being called Cher or Madonna.
