Ð¥Ñйли(or Хейли) , ÐÑеÑÑ ÐµÐ½....In Russian literature and translated movies u can here these names ...Pronounced the same way as in English(Hailey) and in German(Gretchen)....
I guess u have some problems with correct pronunciation of the name "Gretchen" - the combination of letters "tch" sounds like "t+h "or even "t+kh"(k should be very soft) and in Russian it will be correct to pronounce this name in 2 ways :the first "e" can sound like "e" or "a" - both will be correct.
Well, I should add...If your Gretchen is from Bavaria, her name will be pronounced kinda another way "Gretshen"(sounds "sh" instead of "kh") but spelling is the same. In this case her name will sound in Russian the same( "sh").But it's very rare.

Hailey is Хейли or Ð¥Ñйли allright, but for Gretchen I would suggest ÐÑеÑÑ ÐµÐ½ (if you pronounce it like Gret-hen).

ÐÑеÑÑен would be Gretchen
Hailey could be transliterated several ways - I think Хейли is the most accurate
