Restaurants in Washington DC: PLEASE HELP?

For my birthday i am getting a limo and me and 5 other people are going downtown for a limo ride before my party and the min you can rent a limo for is 3 hours i know i want to ride downtown but what good restaurants are there that can eat at and have a good time. i know i dont want seafood what about indian or italian i am open to suggestion!

    Trendy??? Indigo! It is down in the Galerria area, good food and the bar starts to hop at night! Don't know if you need the limo but hey it's your birthday!!
